Dr. Soujeri received
his Ph.D. degree in Electrical
and Electronics Engineering (Digital
Communications) from the Eastern Mediterranean
University, Famagusta ・TRN Cyprus in 2003. He was
appointed as an Assistant Professor in the
Electrical & Electronics Engineering Department of
the European University of Lefke North Cyprus 2003.
He is currently in the process of promotion to
Associate Professorhip. He has served as the
Chairman of Electrical & Electronics Engineering
Department in 2004, 2006 and 2009-current. He has
taken part in the process of establishment of TRNC
Technopark, as a member of the team which was
directed by Prof. Suha Bayindir, with the
Universities and the Chamber of Industry in TRNC.
He is currently a member of board of directors of
Famagusta Technology Development Region
(Teknopark).
Dr. Soujeri is a father
of two kids and speaks five
languages.
